No, we don't always have a team ready. We are limited in team size and we only do only a few projects at a time to ensure maximum quality and deliverables.

Generally, we start with collecting brief and project requirements. From there, we gather and analize all the data, and generate estimates based on all the brief. Then we proceed with the paperwork before we start executing the project, phase by phase.

Generally we keep all project communications on Slack. We create a Slack channel for every project we do.

For project management, we use Jira Software by Attlassian. That's where you will see all progress, technical details and timelines, while for online meetings we can communicate through any platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
